"I am so disappointed in Jeff and his team. My daughter was recently in a car accident that pushed us over the state farm limit so my policy was cancelled. I understand however, I fully expected a phone call, e-mail, text, anything, from Jeff or someone explaining that our policy will be cancelled. I did not find out until after it was cancelled, causing all types of problems. When I called the office, they said State farm corporate sent mail explaining the details. I saw no mail detailing policy cancellation."
